We installed SPC vinyl flooring in a panel apartment in the 14th district on an area of approximately 45 m², where during the construction process we had to dismantle not only the old laminate flooring, but also the poor-quality floor tiles.
After the demolition, it turned out that the problem was more serious: the subfloor was crumbling, weak, and separating in several places, so a complete subfloor repair and leveling was necessary.
